Rules and Tournament System
- Japanese rules, 6.5 komi
- 5 rounds, MacMahon system, no handicap (except in DDK vs DDK games, -2 handicap)
- EGF rated – class A
- Time settings: 1 hour + 3×30 seconds
- the tournament is a Qualification tournament for the Austrian Championship 2025
Participation Fee
Standard – 30€.
Members of any European Go organization (club or association) – 20€
Members of Go7 and players under 18 years old – 10€

The number of players is limited to 34 players! Reserve your place at the tournament by registering here.

NEWS! There are already 35 players registered. However, if you want to participate, you can still register (on the same link) for the waiting list. A few weeks before the tournament you will be informed whether you can take part or not.

Venue
The Go7 Go club is located on Lerchenfelderstraße 97, 1070, Vienna. Google maps
You can reach the club by public transport – subway U6 station Thaliastraße is 7 minutes walk away.
On-street parking is free after 12:00 on Saturday and all Sunday.

Minimal prizes:
1st place – 150€
2nd place – 100€
3rd place – 50€
Best female player – 50€
Best U18 – non-cash prize
